Is it possible to find Alas rental car at Bardufoss Airport and Harstad/Narvik Airport Evenes?

I arrive in Tromsø by plane, stay in Tromsø city for a couple of days before travelling to Salangen. When my holiday is over, I'll travel home from Evenes Airport. Is it possible to have a rental car delivered in Tromsø and then drop it off at Evenes?
It's entirely possible. We deliver and collect the car wherever you want. If the hire lasts more than a week, you don't pay anything extra for this.
Why do I only get to choose one car type when I get to booking?
Alternativ Assistanse expanded its operations with car rental in the autumn of 2024, and currently has one car in place for rental. However, we are continuously evaluating the possibility of more cars, and will eventually aim to have different car types available to you when you book.
What payment options are available when I rent a car?
You pay for the rental in advance in the booking system, after you have selected the rental period. If you pick up your car the same day you contact us for booking, we also have a bank terminal available.
How do I get paid for toll passes I have made during the rental period?
You can pay for this when you deliver the car. We have a bank terminal available. Alternatively, we will invoice the amount afterwards.
I want to cancel my car rental. Can I get a refund of the rental amount I have paid?
If you cancel your car rental up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period, 50 % of the rental amount will be refunded. If you cancel the car less than 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time, or do not pick up the car, you will be charged in full for the agreed rental period.
How much is the excess if I damage the car?
The excess depends on the type of damage. The lessee is charged a deductible of up to NOK 15,000. However, a good number of customers have private travel insurance that will cover the deductible for any damage that may occur when renting a car. Each customer must take this up with their own insurance company.
Are there any restrictions regarding kilometres during the rental period?
There are no restrictions on the number of kilometres driven. Terms and conditions for hire can be found in the link at the bottom of the website.
